The Echo Paysan Farm Shop

Amongst our offers, we sell pure-bred Salers beef and veal produced by Anaïs and Romain on their farm in Sansac-de-Marmiesse near Aurillac. They also run the shop and the team is on hand to guide you in your choice of locally-sourced pork, lamb and poultry. Note that all the meat can be vacuum-packed to make the goods easier to transport. We also serve fish, dry and smoke-cured meats, Auvergne cheese and dairy products. In addition, we have a wide selection of seasonal fruit and vegetables, sweet and savoury groceries as well as wine and craft beers.
