Welcome to the GAEC Cambon, from the herd of Salers cows to the cheese dairy, Nathalie, Jean-Paul and Kévin invite you to discover their world.

Come to discover the milking of the Salers, we will make you share a unique moment with the mythical cow of Cantal.
In L'Acajou, you will find the authentic taste of our farm cheese made from 100% raw milk from Salers cows. Golden Farmers' Award (Prix “Fermier d’or”) in 2015, 2017, 2018 and 2020.
Beef charcuterie: sausages, terrines, rillettes, jellied knuckles.
