The Pissa del Coin waterfall

Description

The Pissa del Coin waterfall, in the commune of Le Fau, to the north-east of the hamlet of La Bastide. The waterfall is 15 metres high and its width and flow are truly awe-inspiring.

Hikers should follow the GR400, which follows the road up gently from the hamlet of La Bastide towards Peyre Del Cros. The waterfall is indicated by a small sign on the left, where you follow a wooded path marked in yellow (approx. 700m). Make the most of your visit to La Bastide by taking a picnic break in the village, near the ferruginous mineral spring.
