Overlooking the Maronne Valley, the hotel has faced Europe’s largest volcano for three generations now. It features 15 spacious rooms, refined regional cuisine, a spa, and a panoramic terrace overlooking the countryside.

Gaëlle, the granddaughter of “Manette,” is the third generation of hoteliers to run this family-owned establishment, which has been open since 1962.

The 15 spacious rooms are all equipped with 160-cm beds or twin 90-cm beds, with separate restrooms and walk-in showers. Fourteen of the rooms are located upstairs and offer lovely views of Puy Violent, the Maronne Valley, the rooftops of Salers, or the surrounding countryside. The hotel features an elevator providing direct access to the wellness area and the dining room.

Served in the dining room as a generous buffet, the continental breakfast—the first meal of the day—can be enjoyed before setting out to explore the narrow streets of this Sagranière town or taking advantage of the hotel’s brand-new wellness area...
